Ordering:
~We have a couple ways to order stuff,
online of course at shopcountryjunction.com (you are already here!)
or just give us a ring at 607-441-3126. Our customer service reps
are ready to help!
Shipping Time:
~Please allow 7-14 business days for your order to arrive to its
destination.
~Please include your actual street address since UPS will not deliver
to a Post Office Box.
~Occasionally shipments are delayed due to extreme weather. If we
experience a delay we will ship your order once Mother Nature allows!
Payment Methods:
~We accept Visa and Mastercard
Damaged Goods:
~If your items are damaged please contact us immediately. Damaged
items will be replaced with the same item. We may ask you to send
the damaged product back for review prior to the exchange.
Returns:
~Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your Country Junction
purchase.
~We offer a 30 day return policy from the date we ship your order.
~Please enclose the original packing slip with your return.
~We are sorry but we are not reponsible for shipping.
~Products returned must be in resale condition with no
damage, alteration, or wear.
~Upon receiving the item and inspection a refund/exchange will be issued.
~If item(s) are damaged etc. we will charge a $30.00 restocking fee.

~We do not share or sell your email address or any other private
information
~At the moment we do not offer a catalog but our website is available
